3 Weeks Out !!

Well it's been three weeks since surgery and I'm feeling much better except for today. I did something kinda stupid and overdid myself yesterday and I am paying for it today. Yesterday I took everything off of my boat, windshield, cleat's, and all that and decided to buff it, with a buffer. Yea, not such a good idea for somebody out of surgery. So I'm really hurting today and I feel worthless sitting around the house while Brandi is outside cleaning the house off with the water hose. We did go to Church this morning. It was our first time going to the Sunday school in the morning before the service. Everybody was really nice it's just getting over that uncomfortable stage that you have when you do something new. I meet some new people which is always good. I guess I will put my boat back together on Tuesday because I have my first doctors appt. tomorrow at 12 so that kinda ruins the day, but it's in Nashville and that gives me a excuse to go to Bass Pro Shop lol !!

Out of Surgery

Hey all. Well I'm a week out of surgery now and I'm still not feeling that well. I have had a lot of motion sickness that keeps me not feeling very well. I was going to go to church tonight but they are having some singing thing and I'm not much into that. I love to hear preaching, not singing so much. I will be so glad when I feel good again. This past week has been a experience for sure. Through all of the pain my wife has been there for me and my close friends and God. Last night I was not comfortable at all. I felt like a stranger in my house for some reason, probabley because I had not left the house in a while and was going stir crazy. Michelle and I prayed before I went to sleep in the recliner, the only place a could sleep at the time. We prayed for each other and I prayed for peace within myself. When I woke up this morning I felt like I was truly home, not the uncomfortable felling I had before. Jake called and me and Michelle went to O'Charlie's and got some lunch. After that I felt pretty sick but got better a couple of hours later. Well I'm gonna go for now, I can't wait for tomorrow because my tv shows come back on !

Hi

First time to blogging so here we go. I figure with my upcoming time off I will have a lot to write about. I should not say a lot to write about but rather a lot for time to wright. I was introduced to blogging from my wonderful wife Brandi and a teacher at our church Roger Lightner, there's a shout out if I've ever seen one. I feel like i'm not a good one on one speaker a lot of times and become embarrassed or just don't know what to say or how to say it. Maybe this will help me with that, who knows. I hope to talk about religion, politics, work, and life on this blog. I have left the myspace world for now with blogging and moved to this. I do have a lot to talk about so I hope you will stick around and maybe learn about what makes me tick.
